Sistem Informasi & Absensi Digital MIN 1 Sidoarjo is an integrated madrasah digital ecosystem built for MIN 1 Sidoarjo. The platform unifies the public school portal, multi-role dashboards for teachers, students, and parents, a real-time lobby TV kiosk, and a high-security attendance system powered by time-varying dynamic QR codes.
Problem
Traditional manual attendance roll-calls were time-consuming and vulnerable to proxy attendance, while collating attendance records required significant administrative effort. Parents also lacked immediate visibility into their children's daily arrival and departure at school.
Goal / Use Case
To build a secure, transparent, and mobile-friendly school portal and attendance platform featuring anti-fraud dynamic QR codes that refresh periodically, multi-identifier login (NISN, NIP, phone number, and email), and real-time attendance logs accessible by teachers and guardians.
Impact
Completely eliminated attendance manipulation through dynamic QR verification, reduced monthly attendance compilation time by over 90%, and improved communication between the school administration and student guardians.
Development Duration
The system was developed over approximately two months, encompassing stakeholder requirement analysis, PostgreSQL database design, dynamic QR engine implementation, and multi-role user testing.
